What we do and How we do it

Our Goal

Our goal isn't to just rid your property's exterior surfaces of mold mildew dirt and debris. We believe that it is our responsibility to educate our customers on the importance of these services and why a professional is important.

Here are some important things to note:

Pressure washing is a general term used to describe cleaning something with the pressure of water entering the machine is compressed and then released when the trigger is pulled.

Types of pressure washers either ware either gas or electric powered machines that water enters into and is compressed before released at a higher pressure when the trigger is squeezed to release the water with the force that it is rated at (psi) ( pounds per square inch )

Most box store pressure washing units range from 1.8 gallons per minute (gpm) at 1200 pounds per square inch (psi) to 4 gpm at 4200 psi.

A huge misconception we have found is that people have come under the impression that a high psi will clean the surface. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Pressure destroys it does not clean.
Your pressure washer will come with a color coded nozzle assortment.
The red nozzle will destroy whatever you think you are cleaning. In reality you are taking layers of material off, damaging your home or driveway. An example would be to look at a piece of concrete. That smooth finish is known as the "creme" coat. Getting stains on this coat is fairly easy for a professional to remove, however if the cream coat has been removed (you will notice by the white rocks and very pourous material) it is much more expensive and difficult to remove the stains. Your driveway or sidewalks will need service twice as often because the pourous concrete catches everything that washes across it, mold, mildew, pollen, algae, dirt and debris get soaked deep into the pores making it more time consuming and difficult to clean. At this point some stains such as oil may be impractical or very costly to remove

Knowing the difference between when to use high pressure and when not too can save you valuable time and money. As a professional it is my job to do just that!
